Villa Alati is located in an idyllic and peaceful location with stunning views over the Aegean Sea. Spread over two floors you will find modern living and sleeping areas with a stylish interior and inviting outdoor areas in and out of the sun.

Since the villa has a living room, kitchen, and 3 or 4 ensuite bedrooms on both floors, it is a perfect place for two large families who each can stay on one floor and enjoy their privacy. In the shoulder season, you can rent only the top floor for 6-8 people with exclusive use of the swimming pool.

• A bedroom with a king-size bed (200x200cm) and a private bathroom
• Three bedrooms with two single beds (100x200cm), each with its own bathroom
• All bedrooms have access to the terrace and the bathrooms are all equipped with a sink, toilet, and shower

Upper floor:

• Spacious living room with a lounge area with comfortable sofas and chairs, a dining table, and a passage to the spacious open kitchen. The living room offers direct access to the terrace.
• The kitchen is equipped with an American refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, hob, toaster, Nespresso machine and coffee maker and a small breakfast bar\
• There is a master bedroom with a double bed (200x200cm), a sofa, and a private bathroom with a shower
• In addition, there are two bedrooms with two single beds (100x200cm), each with a private bathroom with a shower

Outside:

• On the top floor is a spacious covered terrace with a dining table and a fully furnished lounge area next to the swimming pool (1.4 m deep and 11 m long). Adjacent to the pool is a sun terrace with sun beds
• A few steps lower than the swimming pool is a panoramic terrace with wonderful lounge beds
• Just off the upstairs living room is a sheltered terrace with a dining table, perfect for windy days
• On the ground floor, you will find a spacious terrace with various pergolas and lounge chairs to enjoy the view. In the far corner of the terrace, you will find a cozy covered lounge corner
• You will find a barbecue in the outdoor kitchen
• Finally, there is a dining table on the veranda outside the main entrance
• There are private parking spaces on site
