Villa Castelluccio is calmly set amid the olive groves in the countryside of Puglia. In the beautifully renovated traditional farmhouse with vaulted ceilings and a beautiful tiled floor, you can enjoy peace, the beauty of nature, and an authentic atmosphere together with friends and family.
Layout main building:
- You enter the one-story house in the entrance hall/lounge furnished with a sofa, an armchair, and a built-in bookcase; a wonderful place to read in the evening.
- On both sides of this lounge, you reach the two spacious bedrooms with king-size beds and a private bathroom. Double doors open onto the garden.
- The bathrooms have large granite sinks and a walk-in shower with beautiful gold brass taps.
- The entrance hall also leads to the cozy open plan living room with an open kitchen and a seating area with an open fireplace, a comfortable sofa, an armchair, and a nice china cabinet.
- The newly designed kitchen is equipped with all modern facilities and custom-made granite worktops and a sink with a beautiful brass faucet. The kitchen island is provided with a 6-zone induction hob. Besides, there is an oven, a side-by-side refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine.
- Double glass doors lead to the large covered terrace.

- A few meters from the main building is a large studio with a bedroom, ensuite bathroom with shower, and a sun terrace.
The property is equipped with air conditioning/heating and Wi-Fi internet.
Outside:
- The large covered terrace has a built-in outdoor kitchen, a dining table, a china cupboard, and a shaded lounge area with stone benches and soft cushions.
- A short walk through the olive grove takes you to the private swimming pool surrounded by fragrant Mediterranean vegetation and a sun terrace with loungers. You will also find 2 outdoor showers here.
- The property is accessed via an electric gate which is remotely controlled, and there is a large parking area in front of the main building.
