The house is structured in two parts, first of all, the sleeping area with four ensuite bedrooms, all characterized by large windows that bring the outdoors inside like a painting. The rooms all have a different color and are furnished in collaboration with Italian top brands such as Cassina and Artemide. The other part of the house is the living area with a sleek kitchen with all modern appliances, a dining room, and a spacious living room (with curved walls) with large sliding doors that open onto the covered terrace with a unique round sliding roof that provides shade during your al-fresco lunch on sunny days. Thanks to the spacious layout and minimalist design, all furniture and decorations come into their own.
Outside in the garden, you will find more design and comfort. On the sun terrace by the pool, you will find modern lounge chairs, and the splendid roof terrace is equipped with a dining table with unique cylindrical stools to spend long summer evenings with sea views.
If you still want to get away from this alluring scene, a short drive will take you to the beaches of Costa Merlata or the nature reserve of Torre Guaceto, but also the lovely city of Ostuni and the charming Trulli villages of the Itria Valley await to be explored.

Villa dell’Eclissi is a single-story design villa with an attractive roof terrace. The villa is set in a beautiful garden with olive trees and has a swimming pool. With 4 bedrooms, the villa is suitable for 8 people, ideal for lovers of design and luxury comfort.
Layout Villa Dell’Eclissi (340m2)
- A spacious living room with several large sofas, a free-standing fireplace, 4 armchairs, a flat-screen television, and a mobile bar
- A separate dining room with a dining table for 10 people
- A fully equipped state-of-the-art kitchen with a kitchen island with a hob and design extractor hood. Furthermore, the kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge with an ice maker, Nespresso coffee machine, blender and a juicer.
- Separate toilet
- Laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, and ironing board/iron
- 4 bedrooms including:
- A master bedroom with a double bed, walk-in wardrobe, ensuite bathroom (with green tiles) with a walk-in shower, organic-shaped free-standing bath, toilet, and bidet.
