Villa Fresco is a one-story villa situated in a large garden with typical Apulian vegetation and fruit trees. With 3 bedrooms the property can accommodate 6 people, ideal for a family holiday, and has the following layout:
- Open living area with sitting area equipped with a sofa and chairs. The kitchen consists of a kitchen unit with an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, and a cooktop.
- Three bedrooms, 2 with a double bed (200/180x 200cm) and one with two single beds (90x200cm), and 2 bathrooms, of which one ensuite. Both bathrooms include a shower, toilet, and sink.
Outside
The villa is situated in a 5000m2 large garden with olive trees, almonds, and figs. In the garden, you will find a beautiful swimming pool (10 x 4m / 1.40 cm deep) that is open from May to October. Around the pool are sun loungers, parasols, and an outdoor shower. Attached to the house is a veranda with an outdoor table (and benches) for 8 people. As well there is a unique fireplace/bbq in a rock.
