- On entry into the house, there is a cosy living room with a television and a private balcony with seating.
- In the main, central section of the house, you’ll find a second and larger living room with a TV, the dining area, and the kitchen.
- All of these communal areas have direct access to the pool outside.
- The modern white and brown wood kitchen accommodates a six-seater dining table. There is a microwave, dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer, blender, espresso machine, coffee maker, ceramic cooker, grill, electric grill, toaster and kettle.
- On both ends of this space, you’ll find the four bedrooms with king-size beds (160 cm x 200 cm) and ensuite bathrooms. There is a guest bathroom as well.
- One bedroom has a private balcony with seating, and two are connected to the pool area.
- There is a sofabed to accommodate two additional guests if required.
Outside (300 m2)
- The outdoor area is a large L-shaped sheltered space that has pool chairs, two dining tables for five guests each, and a barbecue.
- It surrounds the open infinity pool (1.6 m) with direct views of the sea.
- Parking is available on-site.
- The house is built on a hill and has open stairs, so it's not suitable for wheelchairs or small children.
