Xamerli32 is a fascinating project from a Belgian architect, who has created a splendid holiday villa with a great sense of taste. It is situated in a quiet street, in an attractive part of the Costa Blanca, just minutes away from the sun-drenched beaches.
The villa is playfully designed on multiple levels which are all equipped with terraces and amazing sweeping views. It is remarkable that every room offers the same relaxed and harmonious ambiance with lots of light and elegant comfortable furniture. Comfort predominates; think of excellent beds with quality linen, individually controlled air conditioning, Nespresso coffee, and fine tableware. There are four bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom, all of them not connecting so it benefit from privacy.
The poolside is an inviting place where to enjoy the views while swimming or reading a book on the built-in benches. Acapulco sunbeds and chairs fill the terraces, and the natural shade of the palm tree is perfect for relaxing moments. For refreshment, you have the choice between the covered bar and the outdoor kitchen for an aperitif or to prepare lunch.
On the roof terrace, you can sunbathe in the morning while in the evening you can grill a fish on the built-in BBQ. Xamerli32 is surrounded by lemon trees, grapes, and an herb garden and offers all over a magnificent view of the glittering sea in the distance.

At the reservation we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total rent. The remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of the stay. When booking within the 6-week period, the total reservation sum must be paid immediately. No refund will be made in case of cancellation. We therefore recommend a cancellation insurance.
The owners ask for a security deposit. 750 Euro, this amount must be transferred to Nice2stay together with the (remaining) payment of the rent. If you leave the house well and no damage has been detected, Nice2stay will refund the deposit within 14 days after departure from the house
Final Cleaning must be paid at location in cash.

Xamerli32 situated in a quiet street in a residential area 2 km away from the sea and the lively beach bar XIRINGUITO OLALA. From the house and the terraces, you have a splendid view of the green surroundings, the mountains, scattered villas, and the distant sea where the famous Ifach rock stands out stately. The town of Benissa is a 4-kilometers’ drive inland, and coastal villages as Moraira can be reached within minutes.
The villa is very well served by two airports, Alicante (1h) and Valencia (1.2 hrs.). From Brussels, it is a 1.835 km drive (+/- 17 hours).
The Costa Blanca has a very pleasant Mediterranean microclimate with hot and dry summers, and pleasant temperatures during the rest of the year (in April, May, and October, for example, the temperature is still around 20-25 degrees). Often it is said that this area has 3 months of summer and 9 months of spring. Besides, you will find here more than three hundred days of sun per year.

Xamerli32 is spread over several floors with alluring spaces and natural stone terraces. The outdoor areas are nicely laid out and fabulously lit in the evening. There are several seating and lounge areas to relax and come together that are surrounded by find grapefruit, avocado, grapes and lemon trees, as well as an herb garden.
