Yana by the Sea is a luxury villa with great facilities, situated in an exclusive location in the south of the island of Lefkada. The villa has 6 hotel-worthy bedrooms, 5 of which overlook the sea, with large sliding doors opening onto a private balcony. The bedrooms are very spacious and each has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. In the living room with open kitchen is enough space for all guests to get together, cook or enjoy yourself here for many nights of dining. Because of the large glass sliding doors, there seems to be no border between the outside and inside areas, so you can fully enjoy the paradise-like surroundings. 

Outside, you will find a spacious, covered terrace, where you can dine while the sun sets and the evening sky turns orange. There are several lounge areas around the 20-metre-long swimming pool, so that there is a nice place to relax at any time of day. A paved path leads to the private access to the crystal clear sea. Here you can sunbathe with infinite views over the water and the green mountains in the distance. There is also an independent guest house right by the sea, which sleeps 2 people and has a double bed, a bathroom and a small but fully equipped kitchen. The guest house is perfect for those who appreciate the privacy of their own accommodation or if you are expecting extra guests and a great bonus is waking up to the sound of the waves against the rocks.
