A glass door provides access to the dining room with a sleek black open kitchen. Eye-catching black and white pictures and decorations adorn the walls. On the first and second floors are three ensuite bedrooms with their own balconies, a workplace with Panton chairs, and warm details of natural materials.
The heart outside is the terrace with a covered lounge and dining area for al-fresco dining and drinks and a fantastic infinity pool - with sun loungers and thatched umbrellas - whose blue waters seem to flow into the Mediterranean Sea in the distance. The outdoor highlight, however, is the outdoor sauna that boasts the highest floor with the best views for a moment of pure relaxation!
Just 5 minutes away is the idyllic beach of El Portet, and a little further afield you will find more beautiful sandy beaches on the coast. The hills in the hinterland, are characterized by authentic villages where you can still experience a real Spanish ambiance and many opportunities for cycling and walking. In Moraira, you will also find excellent restaurants and bars in the harbor that invite you for a pleasant evening out.
