The traditional architecture of this Spanish-style villa provides a special charm; the curved walls, the playful niches with local ceramics, the old wooden doors, and the beams on the ceilings. The villa has an open-plan living with a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge corner with a fireplace for cozy winter evenings and a ceiling fan for a cool breeze in the summer. There are three (ensuite) bedrooms - for 6 people - with air conditioning, one of which has a separate entrance, located on the lowest floor next to the pool.
The highlight of Casa Luz is its inviting terrace with a magnificent view over the green valley, the perfect place for an al-fresco lunch. By the pool you can relax on the sunbeds with comfortable cushions and the lounge corner invites you for long barbecue evenings.
You can't miss the beaches of nearby Moraira and Benissa which are only a 15-minute drive away! Sporty guests can hike in the mountains or in the Montgó massif. Traditional mountain villages (Xaló and Llíber) are close by to be explored as well as the lively coastal towns of Jávea, Dénia, and Calpe.

- Open kitchen with a bar and all modern appliances including a microwave, oven, fridge and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother, toaster, blender, juicer, induction hob, kettle, and a washing machine
- From the kitchen, a corridor leads to the four bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200cm) and ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom with two single beds (90x200cm), and an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed (160x200cm) and a separate bathroom.
- The fourth bedroom is located next to the pool and has a separate entrance. The bedroom has a king-size bed (180x200cm) and an ensuite bathroom.
