Hidden Villa is nestled in a quiet residential area in Jávea, a 5-minute drive (or a walk of 15 minutes downhill) from a gorgeous sandy beach. The villa is spread over two floors and has five bedrooms. As both floors have independent facilities, the house is ideal for two families or several parties that can enjoy to the fullest their privacy.

The villa has a stylish modern design, an inviting garden, and attractive outdoor spaces in and out of the sun, perfect for a sunny holiday in good company!

Upper floor:

• You enter the villa in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a cooking island and an innovative induction hob extractor, dishwasher, oven, microwave, juicer, blender, Nespresso machine, and much more.
• The kitchen also has a round dining table with six chairs.
• Connected to the kitchen is a living room with a lounge area by the fireplace and digital television with, among others, Dutch TV channels and Netflix.
• The kitchen opens onto the shaded terrace at the front of the house with beautiful sea views. On the terrace are a large dining table and lounge chairs.
• On this floor, you will find two luxury ensuite bedrooms with a shower, toilet, and sink. One room has playful drawings on the wall, and the other has a green wall and a modern freestanding bathtub next to the bed. The bedrooms are next to each other. There is also a guest toilet.
• A floor higher (reachable from the outside) is a room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as some fitness equipment and yoga mats that can be used on the adjacent terrace. From here, you enjoy the fantastic panoramas of the Montgó. 

Lower floor:

In the entrance hall (which can be locked) a staircase leads to the lower level which can be used independently as it is fully equipped with:

• An eat-in kitchen (fitted with a SMEG refrigerator, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine).
• Three bedrooms: One spacious suite with a gorgeous cork wall, a room with two single beds (and a wardrobe in the hallway), and a beautiful suite with a bathtub and doors that open onto a terrace in front of the house.
• This terrace is furnished with a dining table, and a few steps take you to the garden at the back of the house.

Bedrooms:

All bedrooms are unique in their style, and all of them include:

• Comfortable beds (some beds are tailor-made by local artisans) with luxury hotel-quality bed linen from the Dutch brand Suite072
• A spacious wardrobe, built-in or freestanding
• Air conditioning and mosquito nets 
• Sonos music boxes
• A state-of-the-art ensuite bathroom with luxury sanitary ware, walk-in showers, toilet, and large double sinks. Soft towels and personal care products from Marie-Stella-Maris are waiting for you. Two rooms have a bath and television

Outside: 

• The inviting garden features rust-colored sculptures that are tailor-made by the local artist Toni Mari for Hidden Villa.
• On the upper floor is a beautiful covered terrace with a long dining table and two luxurious lounge chairs.
• Downstairs on the terrace is a dining table with six chairs.
• Also, there is a sunny terrace with a long dining table for 12 people next to the bbq
• The (heated) swimming pool (10x5m) - with mosaic tiles - is surrounded by a sun terrace with comfortable, sturdy sunbeds, solid parasols, a Fatboy hammock, and a modern hanging chair. Sonos music boxes and towels are available at the pool.
• A copper outdoor shower 
• In the garden, you will also find a wooden chill-out platform (6x4m) with 4 Fatboy bean bags. From the pool and the chill-out terrace, you have a beautiful view of the mountains.
• Two or three cars can park inside the gate. You can also park for free in the street.
