The elegant and spacious hacienda has recently been completely renovated while retaining its traditional charm. The old arched windows got chic black frames and the playful curves of the house are filled with cozy lounge corners. The spacious and light interiors are equipped to a high standard in a modern serene style, where gray tones, wood, and natural materials predominate.
In the heart of the house is a spacious living room with a comfortable lounge sofa, plus an open kitchen and a dining table for 12 people. There are 4 ensuite bedrooms and a further two double bedrooms in a separate apartment which is also equipped with a living and kitchenette. Ideal for older children, accompanying grandparents, or couples who wish some extra privacy.
Outside in the gorgeous Mediterranean garden with magnificent palm trees, you will find a covered terrace for al-fresco lunches, a shaded lounge area where you can relax with a book, and an outdoor kitchen for perfect summer barbecues. The pool is surrounded by lounge chairs for a wonderful siesta. The highlight outside is the roof terrace with unobstructed sea views.
The location of La Hacienda Benissa is perfect for days at the sea, the sandy beach of Cala Baladrar is only 1.3 km away and you will find several alluring beaches within a short drive. To experience authentic village life, head to Benissa inland, and here you will also find various hiking options. On the coast are the lively towns of Calpe, Denía, and Javéa with charming old streets, beautiful beaches, and a choice of excellent restaurants.

When booking, a deposit of 30% of the reservation amount is required. The remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of your stay. When booking within the period of 6 weeks, the total reservation sum is to be paid immediately. In case of a cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of your stay, 50% of the deposit will be returned. In case of cancellation within the period of 6 weeks no refund will be made. We therefore recommend a cancellation insurance.
The owners ask for a security deposit of 1,000 euros, which has to be paid in advance to Nice2stay. You will receive a payment request 1 week before your arrival. If you leave the accommodation clean and no damage is found, the deposit will be returned within 14 days.

La Hacienda consists of a main house with 4 ensuite bedrooms (which can only be reached from the outside!) and a separate apartment with two bedrooms, making it ideal for a holiday with several families, friends, or accompanying grandparents.

Main house
- The open-plan living room has a lounge area with a built-in lounge sofa, television, and direct access to the terrace. The dining area for 12 people has a fully equipped kitchen.
- The kitchen is equipped with a kitchen island/bar with 5 bar stools, and all modern appliances including a dishwasher, 2 combi ovens, an electric hob, a coffee machine, and more.
- There are four ensuite bedrooms, each with a double bed (200x180cm) with high-comfort Pikolin mattresses, air conditioning, and closet space. The 2 bedrooms are only accessible from the outside. The others have access to the common areas through inside doors. The bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in shower, double sink, and separate toilet.
- There is a laundry room (behind the kitchen) with a washer and dryer and an extra refrigerator.
Apartment
- Cozy round lounge area, breakfast bar, and kitchenette with a sink and coffee machine

Location
La Hacienda Benissa is located on a dead-end street in a quiet residential area with all amenities at hand. A supermarket is 1.5 km away and an abundance of restaurants, bars, and shops are also close by.

The holiday villa is 7 km from the old Moorish town of Benissa. The charming town of Benissa is characterized by narrow streets, historic buildings, and traditional Spanish architecture. Next to Benissa you will find more picturesque inland villages such as Llíber (13 km) and Jalón (17 km) that will take you back in time.
The bustling center of Moraira on the coast is 5 km away. The marina of Moraira is a perfect place for a stroll and to admire the yachts and boats in the water. Moraira also has several diving centers that offer diving trips and courses.
Of course, you can't miss a few beach days. The beautiful beach Cala Baladrar is only 1.3 km away and Cala de la Fustera is just a 10-minute drive. These beaches are perfect for swimming, and sunbathing and you can also rent SUPs and kayaks. Just outside Moraig, 7 km away, is the gorgeous bay of Cala del Portet, which is absolutely worth a visit.
In addition to water sports, there are also opportunities for hiking (in the Sierra de Bernia mountains near Benissa) and there are several golf courses nearby. Club de Golf Ifach is just 1.5 km away.
Head an afternoon to the charming fishing village of Calpe (11 km) with beautiful beaches and excellent fish restaurants. To the east are the well-known coastal towns of Jávea (18 km) and Denia (29 km) which, in addition to alluring historic old towns, also have beautiful beaches.
Benissa is known for its wine production and there are several wineries that offer tours and wine tastings. Visit Bodegas Parcent (24 km) to taste some of their local wines.
Valencia (117 km) is highly recommended for a city trip! Valencia's squares are full of life and the city has a rich cultural heritage, which gives it a unique atmosphere. Foodies looking for a real taste of Valencia cannot leave the city without tasting a real paella
Finally, Cova de les Malladetes is also a fascinating place to visit. This cave is an important archaeological site. It contains petroglyphs dating back to the Bronze Age. The cave can be reached on foot and can be reached via a hiking trail that starts at Benissa. The walk takes about 1-2 hours.
