Each room at Le Chiuse tells a story, woven with carefully chosen colors, textures, and art that feel both intentional and effortless. The villa accommodates up to six adults and four children across four uniquely designed bedrooms, each with its own character & color scheme. The cozy lounge areas, fun entertainment room with a pool table and record player, and a fully equipped kitchen where you can try your hand at making Pasta alla Norcina, a classic Umbrian dish, will make you feel right at home. And, of course, the stunning views over the valley from various spots around the house, offer a perfect backdrop to every moment spent here.

Outside, you can enjoy a morning espresso on one of the private balconies or the spacious terrace, taking in the fresh air and the view as the day begins. Ground floor:

  • A fully equipped kitchen with essentials like a stove, oven, fridge with an ice dispenser, dishwasher, toaster, and kettle.
  • Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with a round dining table suitable for 6 persons.
  • Lounge area with a plush sofa that doubles as an extra bed for up to 2 children, plus a TV.
  • Bathroom with a WC, sink & shower.
  • The "Orange Bedroom" with a spacious double bed and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a bathtub, shower, sink & WC. There are also many cabinets for storage. 
  • On this floor you will also find some gym equipment including weights & a stationary bike. 

First floor:

  • A staircase will take you to the first floor where you will directly access the game/entertainment room. This room is filled with unique designer elements, as well as a pool table, a record player with a selection of classic hits, chess set integrated into a table, a fireplace, as well a cupboard filled with other fun games, books & Nintendo Switch
  • The master bedroom or the "Blue Bedroom" features a plush double bed, a private balcony with stunning valley views, and a staircase leading down to the garden. It also includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink, WC, and ample storage spaces
  • An extra toilet room with a WC & sink
  • The "Rose bedroom" with a plush double bed and a private balcony with a beautiful view over the valley
