Casa Moscata is a beautifully restored holiday home spread over three floors and set in a lovely garden with views on three sides over the vineyards to the village of Canelli.
Layout Casa Moscata
Ground floor:
- A large fully equipped open design kitchen with a wooden dining area for ten people and a fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a cooking island with a gas hob, an American fridge, a large design extractor hood, and a dishwasher. The kitchen has direct access to a covered terrace.
- A laundry/utility room
- A living room with a fireplace, a sofa, two chairs, and patio doors that open onto the terrace with a pergola that overlooks the pool.
- A small guest bathroom
First and second floors:
Between the living room and kitchen, a staircase leads to the upper floors with the following facilities:
- A corner bedroom with ensuite bathroom, French doors to a balcony, and a double bed.
- A second double bedroom with its own bathroom.
- A television room
- An independent suite with a studio (equipped with a sofa) leading to a large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom on the second floor.
- On the second floor, are furthermore two double bedrooms (note: these two rooms are connected and do not have a separating door), both with twin beds, which share a bathroom.
Outside:
- Next to the kitchen is a covered terrace with a dining table for 10 people and an outdoor kitchen with a wood oven and barbecue.
- From the living room, you have access to a terrace covered by a pergola.
- The garden around the house is beautifully landscaped with a lawn and under the large trees, you will find some wooden lounge sofas.
- Down in the garden is the infinity pool (13 x 4m) with a sun terrace with loungers and a parasol.
Services:
The owners can organize wine tastings or a chef at home, as well as yoga sessions and workshops for crafting bouquets of flowers.
